Sub-Processor List

Codaran Ltd (“Codaran”) uses the following third-party service providers (“Sub-Processors”) to help deliver the VoxDev platform (“the Service”). This list is maintained in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.

Notification of Changes
This list may change as we add, replace, or remove providers. The Service is under active development and the providers we use will evolve over time. For business customers who have signed a Data Processing Agreement, we will notify you of material changes to this list at least 30 days in advance, giving you the opportunity to object per the terms of your DPA. All other users will be notified of material Sub-Processor changes via our standard Terms modification process.
AI Model Providers
These providers process your data (including meeting transcriptions, codebase contents, and project context) to generate AI Outputs. Our agreements with these providers restrict them from training on customer data, but we cannot independently audit or guarantee their compliance.

Cloud Infrastructure
These providers host the Service's infrastructure, including servers, databases, and storage systems that process and store your data.

Authentication
These providers manage user identity, sign-in, and session management for the Service.

Data Transfer Safeguards
Where Sub-Processors are located outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers in accordance with Applicable Data Protection Law. These safeguards include:
- UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), as issued by the UK Information Commissioner;
- EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as adopted by the European Commission;
- Adequacy decisions where the European Commission or UK Secretary of State has determined that the recipient country provides an adequate level of data protection;
- Supplementary technical measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, as recommended by the EDPB and ICO.
